In this work, an attempt has been made to study dielectric properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramics. For this, CaCu3Ti4O12 was prepared by a modified solid state reaction method. The nanoparticle of barium zirconate titanate (BZT) ceramic was synthesized by solid state reaction method at 1200°C. Single perovskite phase having cubic symmetry is confirmed by X-Ray Diffraction. In this work, study of the effect of nanosilver particles on A.C electrical and thermal properties of polymer matrix consisting of polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl- pyrrolidone. The samples of (PVA-PVP-Ag) nanocomposites were prepared by using casting method. The weight percentages of nanosilver are (0, 5,10, 15 and 20) wt.%.
